What is Conundrum White Wine ?

It is a white wine that was created by the Wagner Family, owners of world renowned Caymus Vineyards one of the best Napa Valley Cabernet Producers.

In 1989, the Wagner’s began to craft a unique white wine that would complement the Cabernets.

It is a Blend of 5 grapes: Chardonnay which provides the body, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon provide vibrant crisp flavors and the Muscat and Viognier provide wonderful aromatics.

The grapes come from some of the finest vineyards across California including the Napa Valley and Sonoma, Monterey and Santa Barbara counties. .

Each grape is fermented separately in either stainless steel or in seasoned French oak barrels to provide and additional level of texture and flavors. After the fermentation is completed they begin to identify which wine will make it into the final blend. Once the blending is completed the wine is bottled and released by August 1st.

What foods to Pair with Conundrum White ?

Grilled Tuna Steaks with Kona Coast Glaze


4 one inch thick fresh tuna steaks ( a pound each)

Olive Oil

1 jar of Kona Coast Wasabi Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

4 oz butter


Get you grill very hot, now brush the tuna steaks with olive oil. Grill each only 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. The center should be rare or it will become dried out. Take the Tuna Steaks of the grill to rest for 8 minutes.

While the Tuna is rest you make the glaze, melt the butter in a microwave safe container. Heat the jar of Kona Coast Sauce, when heated add the butter and stir. Now brush the Tuna Steaks with the glaze and serve.
