Artichoke Angel Hair Pasta with Sriracha and Turkey
8 oz. artichoke angel hair pasta
1 Lb. ground turkey
1 medium onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tsp. ground sage
1 Tsp. thyme
2 Tbs. olive oil
3 Tsp. fish sauce
3 Tbs. sriracha
Boil the artichoke pasta in a large pot of salted water. Cook according to instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat the oil and add the onions and garlic. Saute for about 3-4 minutes, until translucent. Add the turkey, sage and thyme and cook until brown, about 5 minutes. Next, add the fish sauce and sriracha and continue cooking until the turkey is fully cooked.
Drain the pasta, reserving some of the liquid, and add to the turkey. Mix gently, if it is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water. Serve warm.
