Sriracha and Beef Recipe # 1

Agave Sriracha Beef Wraps

 

1 Lb.  sirloin beef, cut into 1 inch cubes

3 Tbs.  Agave

3 Tbs.  Sriracha

2 Tbs.  (plus 2 Tbs. for cooking)  canola oil

1 Tbs.  soy sauce

1 Tsp.  ground cumin

½ Tsp.  ground coriander

¼ Tsp.  ground cinnamon

½ Tsp.  salt

½ Tsp.  black pepper

Squeeze of one lime

Flour or Corn Tortillas

 

Mix all the ingredients except the tortillas and marinate the beef for at least 1 hour.  In a non-stick skillet or frying pan, heat the remaining canola oil over medium heat.  Remove the beef from the marinade and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or desired temperature.

 

Serve the beef in the tortillas with lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream and extra sriracha in desired.
