For March 2010 , we will explore a range of Organically Grown and Biodynamic wineries. 

One of my personal favorites in Mas de Gourgonnier from the area of Le Beaux in Provence the ancesteral home of some of the finest roses ever produced. Besides making one of the regions best reds there Rose’s  which  overs ripe cherry and strawberry flavors and yet bone dry. Its like drink a red without the color. Enjoy with Grill chicken. 

With spring just a few weeks away I would like to hughlight a off dry riesling from Washington state. Naked riesling overs vibrant flavors that should be enjoyed with a veal or Grilled salmon. Try it you will like it.
